Shipping and Returns

PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping or store pick-up. If requesting an in invoice via email, you have 12 hours to pay or the item will be made available to the next customer.

SHIPPING
 
Free Ground Shipping: Please allow 2 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped and received within 3-5 business days. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
 
Shipping is free within the USA and international fees will vary. 
Shipping will not be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

*Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
*All returns must be received within 14 days of the original order date. 
*Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. (This includes FLASH SALE items!)
*All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back.
*If an item you received is damaged or incorrect, please email  to kayla@sincerelyellis.com. If the item does not meet return guidelines, there will be no store credit given. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place in a shipping safe box and INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT with the attached packing slips on reverse side.
